PrettyRelaxed Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated!

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We currently ship to the U.S. and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

International Standard 7-14 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing for international orders.

Preorder Policy

Preorders can take up to 4 weeks to 6 weeks to process and ship. You will receive a confirmation email once your preorder has shipped. Please keep this timeframe in mind when placing preorder items.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s site.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

PrettyRelaxed is not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information. However, if you need further assistance, reach out to us at prettyrelaxedco@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on already opened packages. Refunds are not accepted more than 24 hours after an order is placed.
